Rich,
your crew is finishing up today on our 'K' bldg roof and won't likely need to come back except for punch list items if they occur.

I want you to know how much I and the people here at BSDC appreciate the professionalism of everyone from your company that worked on this project and especially the crew that did the work.

I heard from my Grounds' crew that there was never any residue or trash blowing around the project and that they appreciated the cleanliness of the area around this job.

The occupants of the building told me, continually through the project, that everything was going smoothly, that they were never bothered by the process and there were no problems with your crew. The impact of this process to our campus was very minimal.

I was impressed by your crews' constant concerns for our comfort asking several times if everything was going alright and even inquiring if they should do anything differently. I was also impressed with your crews concerns for safety while working with the hot tar, the wind and getting materials on and off the roof. On the windy days they took extra caution to secure all the piles of materials and made sure everything was always tied down and covered. When there was a threat of rain they used common sense and only opened up what they knew they could handle. I never saw a situation hurried or out of control. The crew always looked busy!

They always greeted me, in a friendly manner, when I came on to the roof to look over the job. They were eager to answer any of my questions and concerns. Scott listened and reacted to all the concerns I had at the beginning of the project. The work leader and crew continually showed the same respect. I heard no complaints or complaining from any of your men about anything. I enjoyed being in such a positive situation. Your men made a large and difficult job look easy and they kept a very neat and tidy job site.

They represent your company very well. Please pass my appreciation on to them. Hopefully we'll see more of your company in the future.
